Pop the popcorn and place it into a large mixing bowl.
In a small saucepan, heat honey and butter over low-medium heat until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat.
Spread popcorn onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and sprinkle with coarse sea salt.
Bake at 350°F for 10 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes
This recipe works best on low-humidity days.The honey coating is heavier than traditional kettle corn.If the popcorn is too sweet, increase the amount of popcorn rather than reducing the honey.
